وقت تجهيز الطلبات تتم معالجة وتجهيز جميع الطلبات خلال [1-2] يوم عمل (باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية) بعد استلام رسالة تأكيد الطلب. ستتلقى إشعاراً آخر بمجرد شحن طلبك.

مدة التوصيل تختلف مدة التوصيل بناءً على المحافظة:

  • القاهرة والجيزة: التوصيل خلال 4-3 أيام عمل.

  • الإسكندرية ومحافظات الدلتا: التوصيل خلال 2-3 أيام عمل.

  • محافظات الصعيد والبحر الأحمر: التوصيل خلال 4-6 أيام عمل.

(ملاحظة: قد يحدث بعض التأخير الطفيف خلال مواسم العروض والتخفيضات أو الظروف الجوية الخارجة عن إرادتنا).

تتبع الطلب بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى رسالة بريد إلكتروني أو رسالة نصية تحتوي على رقم تتبع الشحنة. يمكنك استخدام هذا الرقم لمتابعة حالة طلبك عبر موقع شركة الشحن.

تغليف العطور والأضرار نظراً لطبيعة منتجاتنا، نحرص على تغليف العطور بعناية فائقة لضمان وصولها إليك بأمان. في حال وصول الطلب متضرراً أو مكسوراً، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً خلال [48 ساعة] من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور واضحة للمنتج المتضرر، وسنقوم بحل المشكلة في أسرع وقت.

تغيير عنوان الشحن إذا كنت ترغب في تغيير عنوان الشحن بعد إتمام الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا في أسرع وقت ممكن. لا يمكننا تغيير العنوان بعد خروج الشحنة للتوصيل.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within [1-2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary by governorate:

  • Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 4-3 business days.

  • Alexandria & Delta Governorates: Delivery within 3-2 business days.

  • Upper Egypt & Red Sea: Delivery within 4-6 business days.

(Note: Minor delays may occur during peak promotional seasons or due to unforeseen weather conditions).

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Fragrance Packaging and Damages Due to the fragile nature of our products, we take extreme care in packaging your fragrances securely. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

Changing Shipping Address If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched to the courier.
