AT YASSOD

We respect our customers and protect the rights of both parties. The following terms are written clearly and fairly:

1-RETURN WINDOW:

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date they received the order.

2. Product condition Items must be completely new, unopened, and unused. When opening a return request, the customer must provide clear photos and videos showing the product from all angles to confirm it is in its original condition.

3. Pickup & arrival to warehouse

Once the product is received by the courier and delivered to Yassod’s warehouse, it will undergo inspection to ensure it matches the condition shown in the photos and videos submitted with the return request. If the product is confirmed to be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days from the date of warehouse receipt and inspection. If the product condition does not match the submitted evidence or does not comply with the policy terms, Yassod reserves the right to reject the return request, with a clear explanation provided to the customer.

4. Non-returnable items

Items sold at sale/discount, bundles, or with any special pricing are not eligible for returns. Products that have a sample available on the website are non-returnable unless there is breakage or a clear defect.

5. Defects vs. change of mind

Genuine defects (e.g., a faulty spray mechanism or manufacturing defect) may qualify for return/exchange. Change of mind is generally not an eligible reason for return , that’s why we provided samples to choose the product that suits your prefrences.

6. Public Holidays & Official Closures

Official public holidays and non-working days are not counted within processing or refund timelines. If any step of the return process (pickup, inspection, refund, or shipping) coincides with a public holiday, the processing time will begin from the first official business day after the holiday ends.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Even if a product would otherwise qualify, once 14 days have passed since purchase, it cannot be returned.

Occasionally, leakage or damage may occur due to climatic or external factors; in such cases, Yassod reserves the right to inspect the product and determine return eligibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Yassod will cover return/exchange shipping only if a defect on our part is proven.

 

How to Request a Return/Exchange

 

How to Request:

If your product is eligible, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp or email to open a return ticket. Provide your Order Number along with clear photos and videos showing the condition of the product and the issue (if any). Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.

Refunds & Shipping Fees:

Refund: Upon approval of your request, we offer either a Refund or an Exchange, depending on the availability of the replacement item in our stock.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the courier collects the item and it arrives safely at the "Yassod" warehouses for inspection.

Refund Methods:

Refunds are exclusively issued via E-wallets or InstaPay. Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. "Yasood" will only cover the return or exchange shipping costs if it is proven that the defect or error was from our side.
